Sausage Biscuit Bites: An Easy appetizer to serve at any gathering. Place a toothpick in each bite to serve.
To make This Recipe You’Il need the following ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 can(s) 7.5 oz refrigerated biscuits
1 pkg 8 oz. brown and serve sausages, browned according to package directions
Grated parmesan cheese
Oregano, dried
butter
Directions:
1. Roll out each biscuit into a 4-in. circle. Spread butter on the biscuit. Sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan cheese.
2. Place sausage link on the biscuit and roll up. Cut each widthwise into four pieces; insert a toothpick into each. *I usually insert the toothpick before cutting….the biscuit stays rolled up better that way.
3. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
