To Make this Recipe You’Il Need the following ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup milk
1 cup cornmeal
1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
4 Tablespoons cream corn
1 egg
package of hot dogs, franks or frankfurters
vegetable oil for frying
Directions:
All you need to do :
At first mix all the dry ingredients, add eggs and buttermilk or milk. Then mix till lump free.
Skewer the dogs & dip into the batter to coat.
Deep fry in 350 degree oil. Remove when golden brown, about 5 minutes.
